  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.
  • Opened bedding, mattresses, or hygiene-related goods.

Return Process

Shipping Costs

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
